The main reason and concept for creating a reunion DVD and Booklet was for the benefit of classmates who may have missed one, two, three or all of our reunions. Another reason is the convenience of having all of our class reunions on one DVD or in one Booklet. This is a great way for classmates to reminisce, even those classmates who were unable to attend any of our reunions. The cost of the DVD is $10.00 if you purchase a Reunion Booklet or $20.00 plus $5.00 shipping and handling if you just want to purchase the DVD which is payable at the time your order is placed. The Reunion DVD consists of 42 chapters which include Reunion and other relevant photos. If you would like to see a sample of what the Reunion DVD looks like with one of the musical selections played on the DVD! or to order your Reunion DVD Click Here. 8/27/07 INSIGHT FOR CLASSMATES: THE IMPORTANCE OF ATTENDING REUNIONS!!!!Hello Classmates! If you haven't already heard, my cousin and our fellow classmate, Gerald Shofner has been diagnosed with lung cancer. It has rapidly progressed and spread over his entire body. I had loss contact with my cousins over the last 14 years. I found out about Gerald's illness through his sister Debra, who got my information from another fellow classmate, Joe Rayford. Joe had my business card (which I had given to him at either the 31st Class Reunion or the 50th Birthday Gala Reunion). If neither of us had attended those reunions, Joe would not have been able to give my phone number and contact information to Debra or Gerald. That is the biggest blessing of my attending these last two reunions. From my Perspective: Classmates it's so important that we try to attend reunions, exchange information, and keep in contact with each other. We never know when someone may need our help or assistance, or is trying to reach us for whatever reason. Each day brings new challenges, and we are getting older. Imagine if I had not gone to any of the class reunions. It is possible that I would not have known about my cousin's illness. God only knows when or if I would have ever found out before it was too late. Attending the 31st Reunion Luncheon: $75.00;Attending the 50th Birthday Gala Reunion: $100.00; Reconnecting with my cousin & our fellow classmate GERALD SHOFNER before it was too late; PRICELESS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Sincerely, Wayne Ware P.S. For those of you who can't remember what Gerald Shofner looks like, here is a photo of him from our War Cry 1975 Yearbook!!
